REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At AJBIR INTERIORS, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Important Note: If the product is held by customs in your country, AJBIR INTERIORS is not responsible for the clearance or retrieval of the product. In such cases, no refund will be provided.


4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, or if the item is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@ajbir.com within 15 days of receiving your item. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.


5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
