You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Middletown to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, you and we agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other.
• Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Middletown, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
